VIOLIFE SONIC/MANUAL TOOTHBRUSHES

What type of batteries do the Slim Sonic use?

Our Slim Sonic Toothbrushes use 1 AAA battery. We always suggest to use Duracell batteries with all our products. We find Duracell batteries work best.

What is the difference between the Slim Sonic Ultra and the Slim Sonic Classic?

Our Slim Sonic Ultra has dual speed as appose to our Slim Sonic Classic, which has one standard speed. Also, with the Slim Sonic Ultra you receive 3 replacement heads and a travel case.

How do I remove the brush heads on the Rockee Toothbrushes?

Make sure to always twist the brush head before removing it. NEVER pull it without twisting the brush head.

VIOLIFE UV SANITIZERS

Is the UV light in the Zapi replaceable?

The UV light in the the Zapi Luxe is NOT replaceable. All of our other Violife products use a LIFETIME bulb! These bulbs are similar to long-lasting fluorescent lights, which is why they last so long, especially since your sanitizer is only used for several minutes each day.

Do I need to use a special toothbrush to use Violife UV sanitizers?

Nope! Just about every manual toothbrush and electric brush-head fit great in our sanitizers (See the question below for more info on electric brush-heads). Very large manual toothbrushes, like Radius brand and large denture brushes will not fit.

Will my electric toothbrush fit in your sanitizers?

Yes! All Violife countertop sanitizers, including the Zapi Luxe, work with all electric toothbrush brush-heads, including Sonicare, Oral-B, and other brands.

Our travel models, the Violife Personal/Travel Sanitizer, iZap, and Duo work with small electric heads like those from Oral-B and newer-model Sonicare heads. Older Sonicare heads with a large semi-spherical base are too large to fit into our travel sanitizers.

How often do I need to replace the UV Bulb on my Countertop UV Sanitizer (VIO100)?

Only the Original Countertop UV Sanitizer (Model VIO100) has a special UV bulb that needs to be replaced every 12-18 months depending on how often you use it. This ensures the maximum level of germ-eliminating power.

All of our other Violife products use a LIFETIME bulb!

Our special UV bulbs are conveniently available here. Some of our web resellers and catalogs also carry our replacement bulbs.

How do I clean my Sanitizer?

☻ Violife ZAPI or ZAPI LUXE:
Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. To clean the interior drip cup, hold the bottom of the Zapi/Zapi Luxe firmly in one hand, and with your other hand squeeze and lift the top cap up and off. If you have trouble removing the cap, use a coin to gently pry the cap off at the seam around the center of the Zapi/Zapi Luxe. Remove the drip tray and use warm water and mild soap to rinse the tray clean, then re-assemble. For detailed instruction manuals on all of our products, visit the product page on this website to download a copy to your computer.

☻ Violife Countertop UV Sanitizer (VIO100):
