Return/Exchange Policy - United States:

If you would like to return/exchange your merchandise, please complete and submit this form for review/approval or give us a call at 1-888-882-2367. Once approved, please include this form in the package you are returning with the Return Authorization Number (RA#), provided to you by our Return Department. This form should include:
  • The name and address under which the order was placed
  • The order number
  • Your name (if different from above)
  • What item(s) you are returning
  • The item(s) price(s)
  • Your reason for returning
  • What you'd like us to do (issue refund back to credit card, create store credit, exchange for new merchandise (same value)

Returns within 30 days - United States:

You have 30 days to decide if the item you purchased is right for you. Violife will refund any item(s) that are sent back to us within 30 days of purchase, provided that they have not been used, damaged and that the package is not opened. We will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returns after 30 days - United States:

Item(s) returned after 30 days of purchase may be refunded in the form of a store credit. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return/Exchange Policy - International:

Violife will refund any item(s) that are sent back to us within 60 days of purchase, provided that they have not been used, damaged and that the package is not opened. We will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your item within 60 days of purchase. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges are not possible at this time. Instead, you can return the unwanted item(s) and order a new item(s) separately. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return a Gift:

All gift returns will be refunded in the form of a store credit. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Redeeming Store Credit:

If you have received a store credit, you can redeem it online at www.violife.com.

Return/Exchanges Status:

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mailed us your package for your return/exchange to be processed. You can find out if your package has been received by emailing Customer Service at customerservice@violife.com or you may give us a call at 1-888-882-2367 between 9am-5pm Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday. Make sure to include/mention the Return Authorization Number we have provided you.

Please Note:

All return requests need to be approved before the item(s) is(are) sent back to our Returns Department. Packages without an Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be refused and sent back to you.
