Return Policy

Need to return/exchange an item?

We will gladly accept unused, unopened, or defective merchandise purchased on violife.com for returns or exchange. Please follow these simple instructions:

  1. Complete and submit the "Return/Exchange Form", found here by emailing us at customerservice@violife.com or call us at 1-888-882-2367 Mon - Fri between 9am - 5pm Eastern Time to talk to an agent.
  2. An email confirmation along with the Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be sent to you with instructions.

For returns received within 30 days of purchase, we will credit your original form of payment. If returns were received after 30 days from the original purchase date, a Violife store credit will be issued and can be used on your next order with www.violife.com.

When Will I Be Refunded?

Please allow up to 1 (one) week for your return to be received and processed. We will send you an email confirmation along with a Return Authorization number once the Return/Exchange Form has been submitted and approved. Exchange Policy

Even Exchanges:

Did you order the wrong style or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different color or style, please complete and submit our return/exchange form. Please note that the return label will be your responsibility.

Uneven Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item, the return label will be your responsibility and extra fees may apply. In addition, please understand that if you request an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we will offer you a different item in replacement of the same dollar value. If this should happen, you will receive a reply email to notify you about your exchange. Gift Returns

If you received a gift from our website, we would require the original order confirmation to process your return. To help us locate the gift order, we will need the information below of the person who purchased the order from www.violife.com.

  • Email address, if possible

PLEASE NOTE: Before ANY items are returned to us, a Return Authorization Number(RA#) is required. Without the RA#, our Returns Department will refuse the package and it will be sent back to you.
