INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS

1 Violife Just Like cheddar shreds
½ cup unsalted Violife plant butter, melted
4 cups strong White Flour Hard flour
1 Jar of Onion Jam/chutney
1 packet of dry yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp of salt

In a large bowl, mix the white flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
Make a well in the center and pour in the melted butter and lukewarm water.
Bring everything together to form a dough.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
Return the dough to the bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for an hour.
Once the dough has doubled in size, spread it on a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle.
Spread the onion chutney evenly over the dough, top with the grated cheese and roll closed.
Divide into 8 equal portions using a knife and place into a round skillet.
Cover loosely with cling film and place it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden.
Serve and enjoy straight from the skillet.
