Do I have to pay sales tax?

New York and California residents will be charged sales tax. These are the states where our offices and warehouse are located.

I have a question on my charges.

Click the "Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance at customerservice@violife.com

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

You can download your PDF invoice at the bottom of your order confirmation email in "Click here to download your PDF receipt"

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

When you submit your order, your credit/debit card is authorized. Once your order has shipped, we will fully charge your credit/debit card.
