Summer is around the corner and this cucumber sandwich is what you need! So refreshing and easy to make with Violife. Perfect choice when on the go!

  • 400 g Violife creamy original
  • 12 bread slices
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 lemon zest
  • salt to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix the Creamy with salt and lemon zest.
  2. Slice the cucumbers and dry them using some kitchen paper.
  3. Spread the Creamy onto the bread slices, top with the cucumber and close with another slice of bread.
  4. Slice the sandwiches into 4 and serve.
  5. If you want to make them extra fun for the kids, use small cookie cutters to cut shapes out of the cucumber slices and add them on top of each sandwich with some Creamy to secure!
