- 200 g Violife original flavour grated
- 1 pizza dough ready made
- 1 marinara sauce
- olive oil
- 1 basil leaves fresh
- Grease a skillet pan with olive oil.
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface until roughly 30cm diameter. Transfer into the skillet, making sure the dough comes up the sides of the skillet.
- Cover the dough with marinara sauce and sprinkle with Violife Original flavour grated. Drizzle generously with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, or until the grated Violife is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to slightly cool. Garnish with basil leaves, slice and enjoy!
