In a pot pour oat milk and bring to a simmer. Add VIOBLOCK and remove from heat.
In a large bowl mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt and spices, orange zest and raisins and stir.
Slowly pour in the milk mixture and continue to stir with a wooden spoon. When a sticky dough forms, place on a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes. Shape into a ball and place in a greased bowl. Cover with a clean tea towel and place in a warm place to rise.
Roll out the dough onto a floured surface and divide into 12 equal parts, forming into balls with your hands.
Place on a lined baking tray, leaving 2cm space between each ball. Cover again with a tea towel and allow to rise for one more hour.
Mix plain flour with some water to make a paste. Place in a piping bag and create crosses on each bun.
Place in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
In a small pan add orange jam and heat until runny. Use a brush to glaze each of the warm buns for some extra zing.
