Pasta Chips

This is the famous pasta chips recipe and it's absolutely delicious. It's so easy to make and all you need are a few ingredients. Don't forget the dipping sauce!

  • 100 g Violife prosociano finely grated
  • 225 gram rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE:
  • 200 g Violife greek white crumbled
  • 2 pinches smoked paprika
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • freshly ground pepper
  • basil leaves to garnish
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Cook pasta according to the packet instructions.
  3. In a large bowl add the cooked rigatoni, drizzle with olive oil and add salt, pepper, garlic and grated Violife Prosociano. Toss to coat.
  4. Add the pasta to the air fryer basket and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. In the meantime, add all the sauce ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  6. Transfer the pasta to a platter and serve with the sauce alongside.
  7. Grate some extra Prosociano on top and garnish with basil leaves.
  8. Dip the pasta into the sauce and enjoy!
