Pasta Chips
This is the famous pasta chips recipe and it's absolutely delicious. It's so easy to make and all you need are a few ingredients. Don't forget the dipping sauce!

- 100 g Violife prosociano finely grated
- 225 gram rigatoni pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE:
- 200 g Violife greek white crumbled
- 2 pinches smoked paprika
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
- basil leaves to garnish
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Cook pasta according to the packet instructions.
- In a large bowl add the cooked rigatoni, drizzle with olive oil and add salt, pepper, garlic and grated Violife Prosociano. Toss to coat.
- Add the pasta to the air fryer basket and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- In the meantime, add all the sauce ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Transfer the pasta to a platter and serve with the sauce alongside.
- Grate some extra Prosociano on top and garnish with basil leaves.
- Dip the pasta into the sauce and enjoy!
