Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

- 200 g Violife creamy with garlic and herbs
- 200 g Violife cheddar flavour block grated
- 6 large potatoes peeled and quartered
- 250 g vegan heavy cream
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- salt and pepper
- chives chopped
- In a saucepan boil the potatoes. Drain and place back into the pot.
- Use a masher to mash the potatoes and add Violife Creamy with Garlic & Herbs, 100g grated Violife Cheddar flavour, vegan heavy cream, garlic and onion powder and season well.
- Continue to mash until creamy.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining Violife Creamy with Garlic & Herbs and grated Violife Cheddar flavour.
- Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 30-35 minutes.
- Garnish with chives and serve.
