  • 2 packages Violife just like Feta block
  • 3 red peppers (grilled with skin removed)
  • 1 green pepper (grilled with skin removed)
  • 1 tsp smoked sweet paprika
  • ½ tbsp vinegar
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • dried oregano to taste
  • salt to taste
FOR THE SIDE:
  • 2 pitta breads, cut into quarters
  • sunflower oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients for the spicy dip in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Add the mixture to a bowl and place into fridge until chilled.
  4. Place pita on a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Sprinkle pita with a bit of sunflower oil and bake until slightly toasted.
  5. Remove spicy dip from the fridge and serve on a platter with pita chips.
