Spicy Peppery Dip

- 2 packages Violife just like Feta block
- 3 red peppers (grilled with skin removed)
- 1 green pepper (grilled with skin removed)
- 1 tsp smoked sweet paprika
- ½ tbsp vinegar
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- dried oregano to taste
- salt to taste
FOR THE SIDE:
- 2 pitta breads, cut into quarters
- sunflower oil
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients for the spicy dip in a food processor until smooth.
- Add the mixture to a bowl and place into fridge until chilled.
- Place pita on a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Sprinkle pita with a bit of sunflower oil and bake until slightly toasted.
- Remove spicy dip from the fridge and serve on a platter with pita chips.
