Vegan Oumph! Kebab with Violife Tzatziki Sauce

- 1 oumph! kebab defrosted
- 6 tortillas
- 1/2 lettuce finely chopped
- 1 fresh onion sliced
- 1 red onion sliced
- 2 tomatoes half moons
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
FOR THE VIOLIFE TZATZIKI SAUCE:
- 1 pack Violife creamy original
- 1 cucumber grated and sieved
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp dill finely chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Place the tortillas on aluminum foil and in the oven for a couple of minutes to heat up.
- Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the Oumph! Kebab for 5-6 minutes.
- To make the Violife tzatziki sauce, place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix very well until combined. Season to taste.
- When the kebab is ready, spread each tortilla with tzatziki, top with the kebab, tomato, lettuce and fresh onion. Sprinkle with chili to add some spice.
- Roll them up and enjoy!
