Double Decker Burger

  • 2 Violife Original flavour slices
  • 2 Violife Cheddar flavour slices
  • 1 pack plant-based burger patties
  • 1 vegan brioche burger bun
  • 1 tbsp piccalilli sauce
  • 1 lettuce leave
  • Fresh or caramelized onions (optional)
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  1. Heat a gridle pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil on high heat. Place the plant-based burger patties on the pan and cook according to pack instructions, about 4 minutes on each side.
  2. To assemble the burger, slice the burger buns open, spread the sauce on the base, top with lettuce, place one burger patty, 2 Violife Original flavour slices, the other patty, 2 Violife Cheddar flavour slices, the tomato and the fresh or caramelized onions. Top the burger with the other half of the bun.
