For the coffee syrup:
  • 50 ml Kahlua
  • 50 ml nespresso
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
For the cream:
  • 250 g Violife Creamy at room temperature
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
To Serve:
  • ½ packet Savoiardi sponge biscuits
  • strawberries, quartered to serve
  • flaked almonds to garnish
  • cocoa powder to garnish
  1. To make the espresso syrup, place all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Using a hand mixer, beat cream, vanilla and maple syrup until soft peaks form. Add the creamy and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with the coffee syrup. Use a spoon to swirl the syrup into the cream. Sprinkle with the strawberries, flaked almonds and some cocoa powder. Serve with lady fingers. Dip in and enjoy!
