  • 1 Violife Supreme Cheddarton, grated
  • 4tbsp plant butter
  • 1 pack Ditalini pasta
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ¾ cups vegetable stock
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 2 onions, diced
  • Salt & pepper
  • 4 tbsps olive oil
  1. In a large pan, heat up olive oil over medium heat. Sautee onions for 5 minutes then season with salt, pepper, fresh thyme and Worcestershire sauce for another 5 minutes.
  2. Add white wine and sauté until fully absorbed. Add the pasta and toast about 1 minute.
  3. Add broth and simmer till fully absorbed stirring occasionally.
  4. Add cream and mix, then the plant butter and turn off the heat. Lastly add the Violife Supreme Cheddarton and serve. Season with more pepper and salt if you’d like. Enjoy!!
