    1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 8 slices

    Juice of 1 lime
  • Includes
    1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Includes
    1 tsp ground ginger
FOR THE TOPPING:
  • Includes
    1 pack Violife Creamy Original
  • Includes
    1 tbsp dark rum
  • Includes
    1 vanilla pod
  • Includes
    Mint leaves to serve

    3 tbsp grated coconut to serve
  1. Heat bbq to a high heat.
  2. Place the pineapple slices in a large bowl. Add the lime juice, maple syrup, ginger and mix well to combine.
  3. Cook the pineapple for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until lightly charred.
  4. Whisk Violife Creamy Original with maple syrup, vanilla, and rum until firm.
  5. Serve the pineapple with the Violife Creamy mix, sprinkle with coconut and garnish with mint and grated coconut.
