Grilled Pineapple
Heat your bbq and try this amazing grilled pineapple vegan recipe served with your favourite Violife Creamy Original. Let's get grillin!

- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 8 slices
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground ginger
FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1 pack Violife Creamy Original
- 1 tbsp dark rum
- 1 vanilla pod
- Mint leaves to serve
- 3 tbsp grated coconut to serve
- Heat bbq to a high heat.
- Place the pineapple slices in a large bowl. Add the lime juice, maple syrup, ginger and mix well to combine.
- Cook the pineapple for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until lightly charred.
- Whisk Violife Creamy Original with maple syrup, vanilla, and rum until firm.
- Serve the pineapple with the Violife Creamy mix, sprinkle with coconut and garnish with mint and grated coconut.
