- 1 Violife Original grated
- 6 jalapeños, sliced thinly
- Sprouts of choice to garnish, we used pea sprouts
- freshly ground black pepper
- lime, wedges to serve
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Make little mounds of grated, leaving space inbetween because they will spread.
- Add a jalapeno slice on top and press down using a spoon or your fingers.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180C and cook for 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool inside the pan and then use a spatula to place on a serving plate. Garnish with sprouts, freshly ground pepper and lime wedges.
