To make the quesadillas, use your cookie cutter to cut pumpkin shapes on all the tortillas.
Use a knife or smaller cookie cutters to make scary faces on half of the tortillas. Sprinkle the whole tortillas with Violife Tex-Mex flavour grated and top with the tortilla with the scary faces. Repeat with all the tortillas and Violife Tex-Mex flavour grated.
Heat a medium frying pan with some VIOBLOCK and heat each quesadilla for 1 minute on each side until nicely melted.
To make the monster bites, in a medium bowl, whisk the Violife Creamy Original with onion powder. Keep 1 tablespoon aside.
Use your hands to form 30g balls from the mixture.
Place Violife Tex-Mex flavour grated in a shallow baking tray and roll in the creamy balls, until completely coated. Don’t worry if they look messy, they’re supposed to!
Place the tablespoon of creamy into a piping bag with a small nozzle.
Stick two carrot sticks into the balls to resemble eyes and add a dot of creamy to the top of the carrot stick.
Place the olive slices as mouths for the little monsters.
