200 g Violife Epic Cheddar flavour block, in sticks
200 g Violife Mozzarella flavour Grated
1 packet of penne pasta
50 g marinara sauce
fresh basil leaves to decorate
Boil the penne according to packet instructions.
Cut Violife Epic Cheddar flavour block in thick slices, that will fit into the penne holes and slide them in.
Pass six stuffed penne through each wooden skewer and place them on a lined baking tray. Brush over well with the marinara sauce and then sprinkle with a generous amount of Violife Mozzarella flavour grated.
Bake for 5-10 minutes at 180°C until nicely melted.
Remove from the oven and garnish with some basil leaves.
