  • 200 g Violife mozzarella flavour grated
  • 1 loaf of bread halved lengthways
  • 200 g pizza tomato sauce
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • fresh ground pepper
  1. Spread the pizza sauce on the base of the loaf.
  2. Sprinkle with Violife Mozzarella flavour grated and cherry tomatoes. Add some freshly ground pepper.
  3. Place on a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200oC for 20-30 minutes, until nice and melted.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley, slice and enjoy!
