200 g Violife Cheddar Flavour block grated
1 kg baby potatoes
100 g margarine
2 garlic cloves sliced
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp rosemary
2 tbsp sweet paprika
extra virgin olive oil
salt & freshly ground pepper
- Wash the potatoes and boil for 10’, until they become a bit soft. Remove pot from the heat and set aside for 5 minutes, before you cut them in half.
- In a medium sized frying pan, add a bit of olive oil and margarine. Add the potatoes and sauté slightly. Place them in a bowl and add thyme, rosemary, garlic, chives, paprika and salt.
- Mix carefully using your hands, making sure the potatoes don’t get spoiled. Place the potatoes in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with grated Violife Cheddar flavour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220ºC, until the Violife melts. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
