- 2 tablespoon Violife Supreme Creamy
- 60 ml vanilla vodka
- 30 gr strawberry puree (fresh or store-bought)
- 30 gr coconut cream
- 2 tbsp agave syrup (or maple syrup for a richer flavor)
- Crushed graham crackers for garnishing
- Fresh strawberry fan or mini skewer for garnishing
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Chill a glass coupe or martini glass. Drizzle agave syrup over the rim and dip in crushed graham crackers.
- In a cocktail shaker, or a blender, mix the Violife Supreme Creamy and coconut cream.
- Add vodka, strawberry puree, agave syrup and ice.
- Shake vigorously for 1 minute until very creamy.
- Double strain into the prepared glasses and garnish with strawberry skewers and a zest of fresh lemon.
