200 g Violife creamy original
2 large tortillas
1 small can chickpeas
4 tbsp sprouts
2 tsp mustard
- Spread the tortillas with Violife Creamy down the center.
- Top with the cucumber, carrots and chickpeas.
- Sprinkle with sprouts, top with smashed avocado, a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of mustard.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll into a cylindrical shape.
- Slice in half and enjoy!
