  • 200 g Violife original flavour slices cut into triangles
  • 1 sandwich bun
  • 2 curly leaf lettuce
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 small green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tbsp sweetcorn
  1. Slice your sandwich bun in half lengthwise, leaving it attached at the back.
  2. Spread with vegan mayonnaise on both sides. Add the lettuce leaves and the tomato slices.
  3. Top with Violife Original slices, green pepper slices and sweet corn.
  4. Close your sandwich, cut in half and enjoy!
