INGREDIENTS

1 oumph! kebab defrosted
6 tortillas
1/2 lettuce finely chopped
1 fresh onion sliced
1 red onion sliced
2 tomatoes half moons
1 tbsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp olive oil

FOR THE VIOLIFE TZATZIKI SAUCE:

1 pack Violife creamy original
1 cucumber grated and sieved
1 garlic clove crushed
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp dill finely chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper

Place the tortillas on aluminum foil and in the oven for a couple of minutes to heat up.
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the Oumph! Kebab for 5-6 minutes.
To make the Violife tzatziki sauce, place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix very well until combined. Season to taste.
When the kebab is ready, spread each tortilla with tzatziki, top with the kebab, tomato, lettuce and fresh onion. Sprinkle with chili to add some spice.
Roll them up and enjoy!
