  • 6 Violife Slices with tomato & basil
  • 3 slices of your favourite gluten free sandwich bread
  • 1 ripe avocado (peeled and squashed)
  • fresh tomato cut in halves
  • salt & Pepper
  1. Lightly toast the bread and then apply the crushed avocado. On one slice of the bread place 3 slices of Violife with Tomato and Basil and the sliced tomatoes. Season with a bit of salt and pepper. Cover with a slice of toast and repeat. Top with last slice of toast and cut in four.
