Brownie Batter:
  • 1 1/2 cups Violife Plant Butter
  • 10 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 10 oz milk chocolate, melted
  • 2 1/2 cup icing sugar (or powdered sugar)
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla
Creamy Swirl:
  • 1 Violife Just Like Cream Cheese
  • 5 oz cream
  • 2 oz icing sugar
  • 2 tbsps flour
  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a Baine Marie.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the icing sugar with the eggs, flour and vanilla. Whisk in the melted chocolate mixture.
  3. Pour into a lined rectangular baking tin (14x10 inch) keeping 1/3 of the batter aside.
  4. Make the creamy swirl batter by whisking all ingredients together using a hand mixer.
  5. Dollop the batter onto the brownie mixture here and there.
  6. Top with the remaining brownie batter and use a spoon to make swirls.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 330°F for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing and enjoying.
