  • 8 ounces Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Block, softened
  • 8 ounces Violife Plant Butter, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar,
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons plant milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  1. In a large bowl, beat Violife Just Like Cream Cheese, Violife Plant Butter, confectioners' sugar , cornstarch, plant milk and vanilla until light and fluffy. Do not over mix. This can cause frosting to break.
  2. It's best to use the frosting right away. If frosting is stored and starts to separate, beat in a few additional tablespoons cornstarch.
