Cream Cheese Frosting

- 8 ounces Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Block, softened
- 8 ounces Violife Plant Butter, softened
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar,
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons plant milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- In a large bowl, beat Violife Just Like Cream Cheese, Violife Plant Butter, confectioners' sugar , cornstarch, plant milk and vanilla until light and fluffy. Do not over mix. This can cause frosting to break.
- It's best to use the frosting right away. If frosting is stored and starts to separate, beat in a few additional tablespoons cornstarch.
