  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Cook cavatappi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Combine Violife dairy free cheese shreds in a bowl with the paprika and garlic powder. Divide half into another bowl. Set aside.
  5. Melt Violife plant butter in a large pan over medium heat. Once melted, add flour. Stir until the mixture becomes paste-like, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Add milk and whisk until thick. Add heavy cream and the rest of the seasonings and mix until combined.
  7. Whisk in Dijon mustard until thick.
  8. Slowly add in half the dairy free cheese shreds, allowing it to melt before adding more.
  9. Stir in macaroni until coated with the sauce.
  10. Add a layer of macaroni and then a layer of the dairy free cheese shreds to the prepared baking dish. Repeat layers.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven until Violife is melted and bubbly, about 25 to 30 minutes.
