  • 2 packs Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Original
  • 6 oz unsalted, shelled pistachios
  • 8.5 oz oat milk
  • 8.5 oz maple syrup
  • 1 vanilla stick
  • A pinch of salt (optional)
  1. Soak the pistachios in boiling water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Add the drained pistachios, milk, nut butter, maple syrup, creamy, vanilla bean paste/extract, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container. Freeze overnight.
  5. Sprinkle with extra pistachios. Enjoy!
