For the coating:
  • 1/2 cup of melted Violife plant butter
  • 2 tablespoon of pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of pumpkin spice
For the creamy topping:
  • 1 Violife Supreme cream cheese
  • 4tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder or essence
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the coating. Stir well and set aside.
  3. Prepare the biscuits: Open the can of biscuits or use a ready made cookie dough.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters, roll each piece into a ball and coat them in the cinnamon paste.
  5. Dip each biscuit ball into the pumpkin mixture, making sure it’s fully coated. Place the coated balls into a 9x9 inch pan so that they are nice and cozy.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Make the creamy topping by whisking all the ingredients together in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  8. Drizzle over the baked pumpkin bites and serve warm. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon if you wish.
