In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the dip and whisk until combined.
Transfer the dip to a bowl, and sprinkle with chopped chives, if you wish.
Add the sweet potatoes to an air fryer basket and cook at 380F for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway. Air fry until golden brown and crisp on the outside.
Serve the sweet potato fries with the sriracha dip.
