Vegan Taco Dip

- 8 oz Violife Just like Cheddar shreds
- 5.29 oz Violife Just like Parmesan, finely grated
- 4 tbsp Violife vegan butter
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 17.5 oz cavatappi pasta
- 6 tbsps breadcrumbs
- Preheat oven to 356°F.
- In a small pot, heat vegan butter with Violife Just like Cheddar shreds. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until nicely melted for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Boil macaroni according to packet instructions, rinse and drain. Place back in the pot and top with the Violife cheesy sauce, mixing well until evenly coated.
- Spoon into a cast iron pan and top with breadcrumbs and the Violife Just like Parmesan.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
