  • 250 g Violife vioblock half for cooking and half for serving
  • 6 corn on the cob whole
  • salt and pink pepper to taste
  • dried chilli to season
  • lime to serve
  1. Rub the corn with VIOBLOCK, season well and throw on a heated barbeque, for 10-15 mins or until tender.
  2. When corn is ready, sprinkle with pink pepper, chili and serve with lime. Top with a VIOBLOCK butter curl!
