- 250 g Violife vioblock half for cooking and half for serving
- 6 corn on the cob whole
- salt and pink pepper to taste
- dried chilli to season
- lime to serve
- Rub the corn with VIOBLOCK, season well and throw on a heated barbeque, for 10-15 mins or until tender.
- When corn is ready, sprinkle with pink pepper, chili and serve with lime. Top with a VIOBLOCK butter curl!
