  • 200 g Violife Mozzarella Flavour Grated
  • 6 portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh basil to taste, chopped
  • dash extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Thyme leaves to garnish
  1. In a bowl mix cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Fill the mushrooms evenly with tomato mix and sprinkle a generous amount of Violife Grated Mozzarella Flavour.
  3. Throw on a preheated barbecue and grill for 10 minutes with a closed lid, until the grated Mozzarella flavour has melted nicely. Garnish with thyme leaves and serve!
