  • 8 Violife Cheddar Flavour Slices
  • 4 bagels
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 10 g alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 radicchio
  • 4 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  1. Slice the bagels and spread with the mustard.
  2. Top with radicchio leaves and mashed avocado.
  3. Add 2 slices of Violife Cheddar Flavour Slices and alfa alfa sprouts.
  4. Place other half of bagel on top.
