- 1 Violife Creamy
- 4 naan breads or flatbreads of choice
- 4 tbsp vegan pesto sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 1 bunch of asparagus, tops only
- 1 zucchini, ribboned
- 1 broccoli, in small florets
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 fresh red onion, sliced in half moons
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes to garnish (optional)
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Spread the naan breads with pesto sauce and the garlic chopped into small pieces.
- Top with the vegetables, drizzle with the olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and dollop with the Violife creamy, it will melt on the hot flatbreads.
- Sprinkle with chilli flakes and serve warm.
