Crazy delicious Baked New Potatoes! Enjoy Season's favourite appetizer loaded with Violife Grated and Creamy. Full of flavour, bite-sized and vegan!

  • 200 g Violife creamy original
  • 200 g Violife original flavour grated
  • 1 kg small new potatoes whole
  • olive oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • black pepper
  • a handful of chives chopped
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the potatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake for 35 minutes. Allow the potatoes to cool and slice them down the middle, keeping them attached.
  3. Fill with a dollop of Violife Creamy and top with Violife grated Original.
  4. Sprinkle generously with chives and serve!
