Crazy delicious Baked New Potatoes! Enjoy Season's favourite appetizer loaded with Violife Grated and Creamy. Full of flavour, bite-sized and vegan!

- 200 g Violife creamy original
- 200 g Violife original flavour grated
- 1 kg small new potatoes whole
- olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- black pepper
- a handful of chives chopped
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the potatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake for 35 minutes. Allow the potatoes to cool and slice them down the middle, keeping them attached.
- Fill with a dollop of Violife Creamy and top with Violife grated Original.
- Sprinkle generously with chives and serve!
