  • 200 g Violife mozzarella flavour grated
  • 200 g Violife Epic Cheddar flavour block, grated
  • 200 g Violife original flavour grated
  • 100 g Violife vioblock melted
FOR THE DOUGH:
  • 500 g flour
  • 7 g yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 ml coconut yogurt
  • 50 g vegetable oil
  1. To make the dough, add all dry ingredients in a large bowl and combine. Then add the wet ingredients and use your hands or a mixer until a dough is formed.
  2. When the dough is ready, shape into a ball, cover and set aside in a warm and dry place to rise.
  3. Divide the dough in half and form two dough balls.
  4. Place on a floured surface and press the dough with your fingertips into flat circles of roughly 25-30cm diameter.
  5. Brush with melted VIOBLOCK, sprinkle with half of the grated Violife and secure by pinching the edges towards the center, forming a large dumpling shape. Flip over and press lightly to form a circle again. Repeat with the remaining dough.
