Bruschetta Pesto

Bruschetta Pesto, the perfect appetizer! So easy to make, full of flavour with your favourite Violife Original slices. Simple and irresistible!

  • 6 Violife Original slices, cut in half
  • 6 organic wholemeal bread
  • 15 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 6 tbsp organic basil pesto
  • Organic extra virgin olive oil
  • Organic balsamic vinegar
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  1. Slightly toast the bread.
  2. Spread a tbsp of pesto on each bread slice. Top it with one slice of Violife Original Flavour cut in half and 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half.
  3. Sprinkle with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and add a bit of salt and pepper on top.
