Bruschetta Pesto
Bruschetta Pesto, the perfect appetizer! So easy to make, full of flavour with your favourite Violife Original slices. Simple and irresistible!

- 6 Violife Original slices, cut in half
- 6 organic wholemeal bread
- 15 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 6 tbsp organic basil pesto
- Organic extra virgin olive oil
- Organic balsamic vinegar
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Slightly toast the bread.
- Spread a tbsp of pesto on each bread slice. Top it with one slice of Violife Original Flavour cut in half and 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half.
- Sprinkle with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and add a bit of salt and pepper on top.
