Cauliflower Pizza
A cauliflower pizza with tomatoes and mushrooms for the entire family. 100% vegan and 100% guilt free. Enjoy movie night with this delicious recipe!

- 1 pack Violife Mozzarella Flavour Grated
- 680 g cauliflower
- 50 g ground chia seeds
- 65 g coconut flour
- button mushrooms
- cherry tomatoes
- red onion sliced
- basil
- tomato sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- Steam cauliflowers for 10-15 minutes and then place in a food processor to blitz.
- Place into a towel and strain removing all excess moisture.
- Place the drained cauliflower in a large bowl, then add ground chia seeds, coconut flour, salt, garlic and dried oregano. Stir well to mix.
- Place mixture on a lined baking tray, opening it up into a circle.
- Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- Add your toppings and Violife Mozzarella Flavour Grated.
- Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
