  • 1 pack Violife Mozzarella Flavour Grated
  • 680 g cauliflower
  • 50 g ground chia seeds
  • 65 g coconut flour
  • button mushrooms
  • cherry tomatoes
  • red onion sliced
  • basil
  • tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. Steam cauliflowers for 10-15 minutes and then place in a food processor to blitz.
  2. Place into a towel and strain removing all excess moisture.
  3. Place the drained cauliflower in a large bowl, then add ground chia seeds, coconut flour, salt, garlic and dried oregano. Stir well to mix.
  4. Place mixture on a lined baking tray, opening it up into a circle.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
  6. Add your toppings and Violife Mozzarella Flavour Grated.
  7. Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
