Slice Violife Le Rond in half, horizontally. Top with one slice Violife Original flavour, one slice Cheddar flavour, one slice Mozzarella flavour and repeat. Then top with the other half of Le Rond.
Use a round cookie cutter to cut off the edges of the slices so they are round like Le Rond.
In a bowl mix flour with oat milk and whisk well to combine.
Dip Le Rond change bomb into the mixture and roll around to coat well. Then dip into the breadcrumbs to coat.
In a frying pan heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Dip the coated Le Rond change bomb into the oil carefully. Deep fry for 3 minutes on each side until nice and golden. Remove, garnish with some thyme and serve.
