  • 200 g Violife Greek White block
  • 1 vegan pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp marinara sauce
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 10 olives, sliced
  • olive oil
  • fresh oregano to garnish
  • chilli flakes to garnish
  1. Place the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and roll out to a circle of 30cm diameter. Top with a couple tablespoons of marinara sauce, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, fresh oregano, garlic, onion and olives.
  2. Drizzle generously with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
  3. Crumble Violife Greek White on top of the pizza and bake for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and chili flakes and serve.
