- 1 Violife Original Flavour Slices
- 4 Violife Epic Cheddar Flavour block
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tomato, sliced
- spinach
- 2 carrots
- 2 cucumbers
- baby rocket
- blueberries
- To assemble your sandwiches spread half of the bread slices with mayonnaise, top with the tomato slices, Violife Original flavour slices and spinach and top with the other slice of bread.
- Using cookie cutters, cut carrots, cucumber slices and Violife Epic Cheddar flavour into fun shapes.
- Serve with baby rocket salad and blueberries.
- Add in a few extra Violife Epic Cheddar flavour cubes to snack on!
