  • 1 pack Violife Epic Cheddar flavour Block, grated
  • 1 pack Violife Mozzarella Flavour Grated
  • 1 pack Violife Original Grated
  • 1 pack macaroni pasta
  • 450 ml plant based milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
FOR THE CRISPY TOPPING:
  • 1 pack Violife Prosociano, grated
  • 3 tbsp dry breadcrumbs
  1. Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until 3 minutes undercooked. Drain and return to pot.
  2. For the Violife Change sauce, add milk to a big saucepan, add all Violife Grated products and the garlic and onion powders and whisk over medium heat until nice and melted.
  3. Pour into the pasta pot and stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
  4. Place into a cast iron skillet and sprinkle with Violife Prosociano and breadcrumbs, to form a crispy topping. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until the pasta is bubbling and the topping is golden.
