Macaroni Pasta Bake

- 1 pack Violife Epic Cheddar flavour Block, grated
- 1 pack Violife Mozzarella Flavour Grated
- 1 pack Violife Original Grated
- 1 pack macaroni pasta
- 450 ml plant based milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
FOR THE CRISPY TOPPING:
- 1 pack Violife Prosociano, grated
- 3 tbsp dry breadcrumbs
- Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until 3 minutes undercooked. Drain and return to pot.
- For the Violife Change sauce, add milk to a big saucepan, add all Violife Grated products and the garlic and onion powders and whisk over medium heat until nice and melted.
- Pour into the pasta pot and stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
- Place into a cast iron skillet and sprinkle with Violife Prosociano and breadcrumbs, to form a crispy topping. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until the pasta is bubbling and the topping is golden.
