Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich
Quick, comforting and delicious Mediterranean Toastie! Crispy golden bread topped with grilled Violife Mediterranean style, harissa, tomato & rocket leaves.

- 200 g Violife mediterranean style grill me
- 4 tbsp olive oil for frying
- 40 g plant based butter
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tsp harissa
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 50 g rocket leaves
- Heat a griddle pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil and grill the Violife Mediterranean style Grill Me for a couple of minutes on each side until golden. Remove from the heat.
- Spread the bread slices with some plant-based butter and toast on both sides until nice and crispy.
- Spread one slice of bread with harissa, top with Violife Mediterranean style Grill Me, tomato and rocket leaves and cover your toastie with a slice of crispy toasted bread.
- Enjoy warm and toasty!
