Pull Apart Christmas Tree

- 400 g Violife Epic Cheddar flavour block, cubed
- 50 g Violife Prosociano
- ¼ cup melted Violife VIOBLOCK
- 1 refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- pomegranate seeds
- Marinara, for serving
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- On a lightly floured surface, divide pizza dough into two pieces. Stretch and roll each piece of dough into a long rectangle and then into squares. You should end up with approximately 24 squares.
- Wrap a dough square around each piece of Violife Epic block forming a tightly sealed ball.
- Place balls seam-side down on a greased baking tray in the shape of a Christmas tree (they should be touching).For a more festive touch use a cookie cutter and cut a star out of the dough and add it to the top of the tree.
- Brush melted VIOBLOCK on the pizza dough balls and bake until golden, for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together melted VIOBLOCK with parsley and rosemary.
- Brush on the baked tree and sprinkle with freshly grated Violife Prosociano and some pomegranate seeds.
- Serve with marinara sauce and dip to enjoy!
