  • 400 g Violife Epic Cheddar flavour block, cubed
  • 50 g Violife Prosociano
  • ¼ cup melted Violife VIOBLOCK
  • 1 refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • pomegranate seeds
  • Marinara, for serving
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, divide pizza dough into two pieces. Stretch and roll each piece of dough into a long rectangle and then into squares. You should end up with approximately 24 squares.
  3. Wrap a dough square around each piece of Violife Epic block forming a tightly sealed ball.
  4. Place balls seam-side down on a greased baking tray in the shape of a Christmas tree (they should be touching).For a more festive touch use a cookie cutter and cut a star out of the dough and add it to the top of the tree.
  5. Brush melted VIOBLOCK on the pizza dough balls and bake until golden, for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, whisk together melted VIOBLOCK with parsley and rosemary.
  7. Brush on the baked tree and sprinkle with freshly grated Violife Prosociano and some pomegranate seeds.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce and dip to enjoy!
