Roasted Zucchini

Roasted Zucchinis is a must for the season! Easy to make appetizer with Violife Mediterranean Style Grill ME! Perfect as a side or a light meal!

  • 200 g Violife Mediterranean style Grill Me!, grated
  • 3 zucchinis, cut in sticks
  • 1 tbsp of thyme
  • 1 tbsp of oregano
  • 1 tbsp of rosemary
  • olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Place the zucchini sticks on a baking paper. Sprinkle a bit of olive oil over them, add a bit of salt and freshly ground pepper and bake for about 5 minutes until they become soft.
  2. Add thyme, oregano, rosemary and a bit of black pepper in the grated Violife Mediterranean style and mix thoroughly.
  3. Remove the zucchinis from the oven and add the Violife Mediterranean style mix on top.
  4. Place the tray back in the oven for a few more minutes, until the zucchinis become golden brown.
