Roasted Zucchini
Roasted Zucchinis is a must for the season! Easy to make appetizer with Violife Mediterranean Style Grill ME! Perfect as a side or a light meal!

- 200 g Violife Mediterranean style Grill Me!, grated
- 3 zucchinis, cut in sticks
- 1 tbsp of thyme
- 1 tbsp of oregano
- 1 tbsp of rosemary
- olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Place the zucchini sticks on a baking paper. Sprinkle a bit of olive oil over them, add a bit of salt and freshly ground pepper and bake for about 5 minutes until they become soft.
- Add thyme, oregano, rosemary and a bit of black pepper in the grated Violife Mediterranean style and mix thoroughly.
- Remove the zucchinis from the oven and add the Violife Mediterranean style mix on top.
- Place the tray back in the oven for a few more minutes, until the zucchinis become golden brown.
