  • 1 Violife Supreme Cheddarton
  • 225 gr Plain / All-Purpose Flour
  • 75 gr Fresh Spinach, finely chopped
  • 80 ml Sour Cream or cream
  • 150 ml milk or vegan alternative
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 large Eggs or vegan alternative
  • 80 ml Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fine Table Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs then add the sour cream, olive oil, Cream and garlic.
  3. Stir in the Supreme Cheddarton. Keep a little to sprinkle on top.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, ground cumin. Whisk until combined.
  5. Add the finely chopped spinach and fold in with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle some extra grated Supreme Cheddarton over the muffins.
  7. Pour the muffin batter into a muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
