For the dough
  • 300 g flour
  • 3 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 3 g dried yeast
  • 180 ml water
For the sauce
  • 150 g cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 1 pack Violife mozzarella flavour slices
  • 1 ghost cookie cutter
  • 50 g olives
  • 50 g capers
  • fresh basil, to garnish
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. To make the pizza dough add all ingredients to a mixing bowl; use your hands or a mixer to create a dough. When the dough is ready, form a ball and wrap in cling film and set aside in a warm and dry place.
  3. Meanwhile, make the marinara sauce by blending all ingredients together in a blender until combined.
  4. Use your cookie cutter to make ghost shapes out of the Violife slices.
  5. Once the dough is double in size roll out into a circle of 30cm. Place in your oven on a lined baking tray for 7-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and use a spoon to add your marinara sauce to the base. Top with your Violife ghosts, using olive slices and capers to give them eyes and bake for a further 5-6 minutes. When the pizza is ready garnish with basil leaves and serve.
